• Designed and implemented vertically aligned curriculum for 7th & 8th Grade Theatre, Technical Theatre, and Multimedia Productions. Included engaging lessons with activities and assignments aligned with the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills of each subject area.

• Tracked students learning and mastery of subjects, adjusted instruction to best serve students’ learning needs

• Served as Co-PLC Lead for the Middle School Multimedia Productions Professional Learning Community

• Directed and oversaw productions of Spongebob the Musical, Rogers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella, Little Women, and Shrek the Musical.

• Coordinated production logistics including rehearsal schedules, build days, organization of production materials, and volunteer organization

• Co-Directed two 1st Place productions and one 1st Runner-Up production for the LISD Middle School UIL One Act Play District Contest

• Established and enforced clear academic and conduct expectations for all students involved in CPMS productions

• Sat in on Booster Club meetings and supported Booster Club activities and events; helped to coordinate and oversee fundraisers to build and support the CPMS Theatre Department

• Designed theatre curriculum to be implemented over a two-week total teaching period

• Wrote and facilitated lessons on subjects including theatre history, acting objectives, creative drama, and script analysis for middle and high school classrooms

• Created dynamic and engaging assignments to assess student learning and meet the needs of diverse learners

• Assisted on productions of Chicago and The Little Mermaid

• Directed a production of Peter and the Starcatcher, overseeing casting, rehearsals, technical elements, and performances
